Lentor Modern Has Direct Access to Thomson-East Coast Line & Connected to all Major MRT Lines

Lentor Modern will be seamlessly integrated with the Lentor MRT station, which is part of Stage 2 of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), were opened in the past 2 years. 

Another 11 Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) MRT stations will begin operating in the second half of 2022, running from Stevens through Orchard and Outram Park to Gardens by the Bay.

Future Development Surrounding Lentor Modern

The residential sites at Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) was launched for sale under the Confirmed List while Lentor Hills Road (Parcel B) is available for application under the Reserve List.

Lentor Hills Road Parcel A was awarded to a tie-up between Intrepid Investments, GuocoLand and TID Residential at the highest bid price of S$586.6 million. This translates to S$1,060 psf ppr based on the 184,460 sq ft plot’s GFA of 553,383 sq ft, which can yield about 595 private homes

“We are pleased to achieve the highest bid for Lentor Hills Road Parcel A,” says a spokesperson of Hong Leong Holdings. “We plan to build a 600-unit residential development where residents will benefit from the convenience of amenities nearby.” Having Lentor MRT station located across the road “will add to the site’s overall appeal to buyers,” adds the spokesperson.

The Lentor Hills Estate is designed to be a sustainable and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood in the future. Residents of the new development at Lentor Hills Road Parcel A are expected to enjoy proximity to parks and nature reserves, as well as childcare centre, wide selection of commercial, F&B and retail options.
